Cookie Policy

Effective date: July 24, 2026 · Governing law: State of Georgia, USA

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They allow the website to remember information about your visit — such as whether you are signed in — so you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit.

We also use localStorage, a browser-based storage mechanism similar in purpose to cookies but stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers. The distinction is noted where relevant below.

2. Cookies We Use

Strictly Necessary Cookies

These are required for the Platform to function. They cannot be disabled without preventing you from signing in.

3. localStorage We Use

These keys are stored in your browser’s localStorage. They are never sent to our servers and contain no personal data — only UI preference flags (true/false or simple strings).

tir_pwa_dismissedRemembers if you dismissed the app install promptPersistent (until browser storage is cleared)
tir_tour_completedRemembers if you completed the guided dashboard tourPersistent (until browser storage is cleared)
tir_sidebar_collapsedRemembers your sidebar layout preferencePersistent (until browser storage is cleared)

4. What We Do Not Use

We are committed to transparency. The Inner Renewal does not use:

  • Advertising or tracking cookies— we do not serve ads and do not place any cookies that track you across other websites
  • Third-party analytics cookies(e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar) — we do not use analytics services that place cookies or build cross-site behavioral profiles
  • Social media tracking pixels— we do not use Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, or similar retargeting technology
  • Browser fingerprinting— we do not use fingerprinting techniques to identify or track you across sessions or devices

5. Third-Party Cookies

Our payment processor, Stripe, may set cookies during the checkout flow for fraud prevention and security purposes. These are governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy. We do not control these cookies and they are only present during the payment flow.

6. Your Choices

Because we only use strictly necessary cookies for authentication, we do not display a cookie consent banner for our own cookies — they are required for the Platform to function and do not involve tracking or advertising.

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking authentication cookies will prevent you from signing in to the Platform
  • You can clear localStorageat any time in your browser’s developer tools (Application → Storage in Chrome/Edge, Storage Inspector in Firefox). This resets your UI preferences but does not affect your account or any data stored on our servers

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated to your registered email with at least 14 days’ notice before taking effect.
