General Policy
At The Inner Renewal, we are committed to your satisfaction. Due to the pharmaceutical nature of our products and strict regulatory requirements, our refund policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with safety and compliance.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Products: Products that arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects are eligible for full refund or replacement.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, we will provide a full refund or send the correct item.
- Temperature-Compromised Products: If products requiring cold chain handling arrive outside safe temperature ranges.
- Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they are shipped.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to safety and regulatory requirements, the following items cannot be refunded:
- Prescription peptides and compounds once opened or used
- Temperature-sensitive products that have been properly delivered
- Custom-compounded formulations
- Products without original packaging or documentation
- Items past the return window (14 days from delivery)
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the product back in its original packaging
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
Subscription Cancellations
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Refunds for the current billing period are not provided, but no future charges will occur. Please allow 48 hours for cancellation processing.
Membership Refunds
Premium and Concierge membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. If you are unsatisfied with your membership, please contact us to discuss options before your next renewal.
